Dear customers,

We have performed some changes on our ticketing system as some of our customers have been experiencing problems with the email notifications not being received.

In addition, tickets raised to our support department (noc@swissns.ch) can now be answered via email as long as you keep the subject of the message intact you are now able to simply reply to the ticket without having to login to our system and the reply will be embedded on our ticket.

Ticket emails are also shown on the email history of your account.
